Terms & Conditions

Prices do not include 10% Mariposa County tax plus 1% tourism fee.
There will be an additional $200 cleaning/security deposit, refundable when terms and conditions are adhered to.
Three night minimum stay for Holidays.
Cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds for early departures or late cancellations (less than thirty days before your arrival) or reduction in the number of guests in your party (less than thirty days before your arrival).
Deposit of 50% required upon reservation, payment in full due 30 days in advance.
Accommodations include linens, towels & house cleaning after check-out.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM, Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
